UFC 140's Tito Ortiz reveals he may be ready to retire in 2012

Tito Ortiz picked up his first win in over four and a half years in July when he submitted Ryan Bader at UFC 132. Though he then lost to Rashad Evans in his next fight, it was a fight taken on short notice against a former champ and still one of the best in the world. He's scheduled to take on Antonio Rogerio Nogueira at UFC 140 this weekend, and in an interview with Karyn Bryant of MMA Heat, Ortiz revealed that it may not be much longer before he decides to retire:

"Maybe it's time... When I leave on my own terms... when I don't have fun coming in the gym anymore, sparring and pushing myself and running every day, maybe it is time. I'm not overstaying my welcome. My goal in my whole career was to do 15 years in MMA. May 30 will be my 15th year of fighting in the UFC and in MMA, in general. This will be fight number 26 for me, I think... I'll have 27 and walk away. I think I've done good. I don't know. But you never know. You never know if Dana and Lorenzo come to me with some numbers that make sense to me."
